CHADA by Tin Box Makes A Big Impression With Its Concept As An Exclusive Petite Club

Not all nightclubs need to be ginormous, mammoth-sized party lairs; some prefer to keep it petite. And that’s exactly the concept of CHADA by Tin Box, a new space in Suntec City that brands itself as “an exclusive petite club”, prioritising intimacy over massive overcrowded affairs. But despite its petite premise, CHADA by Tin Box doesn’t skim on the embellishments you’d expect to find in a conventional club, with still enough visual flair and soundsystem-powered audio muscle that’d give the competition a run for their money.

Since its recent launch in early October, CHADA by Tin Box has shown that it’s got the pull and influence to bring down some of the biggest acts in the dance music industry. In its launch weekend alone, it made a vociferous first impression with EDM phenom R3HAB and Malaysia’s hard techno sensation Jovynn as headliners. Subsequent weeks revealed other mega acts like Showtek, Blasterjaxx and Bassjackers, all while giving a stage to homegrown favourites like KoFlow, Joeru, Aldrin, Hong, NASH.D and Som J. With a broad music policy that spans hip-hop, R&B, EDM, techno and house, CHADA by Tin Box boasts plenty of possibility inside.

As you gathered by its name, CHADA is a venture launched by Tin Box Group, which has a storied track record in the entertainment and F&B industry. It’s known locally for its portfolio of live houses like Simply Retro, Simply Jazz and Retroholics, and it has a presence in Malaysia, Hong Kong, China and Thailand. CHADA by Tin Box marks the group’s first foray into boutique nightlife, and with the momentum it’s built so far, there’s growing curiosity for what the space will unbox next in the coming year.
