Blackout Agency Pedals The DJ-On-Wheels Experience To St. John’s Island With Wild Pearl In Tow

Blackout Agency has been on a roll with its events, and now that roll is spinning a momentum on two wheels. The Zig Zach-run promotion is pedalling back to St. John’s Island for a music-minded pop-up; who remembers that 2017 gig when they took over an abandoned prison facility on the isle? Always transcending conventions, Blackout now teams up with the Wild Pearl folks and their Cargo Bike experience for its next island quest. Together, they’re orchestrating a fiesta on wheels as participants follow a cycling trail soundtracked by a DJ in a roving console – yes it’s as fun as it sounds.

Taking the party off Singapore soil on 30 August, this event departs from Marina South Pier at 3pm, and it will go around a scenic loop on St. John’s Island. The experience is limited to only 30 riders for now, and attendees are highly recommended to BYOB – that’s bring your own bicycle. While you might’ve partaken in one of these on the mainland, this will be a ride unlike any other. Dance music, the St. John’s Island wilderness and the wind in your face? Consider us sold. A little birdie also tells us that Blackout’s got something cosy planned just for riders coming to the island, and it’ll be something you’d wanna discover for yourself.
